The album is lyrically dark, from the opening line of 'Savannah', the lyrics show personal themes. 'Dead baby in her arms, she rocks in her chair', through to the last song, 'Halo', which is a fast-rocking song about losing my father to PTSD-induced alcoholism, the album is full of human emotions.
